INDONESIAN FOOD - DONUT



Hello Indonesian food lovers.. you on in my page.. at "We Are Knowledge"... in here you can getting many knowledge about it...although my writing is still a bit but you can learn it well, because I give a tutorial step by step and it allows you to learn.

now.. I want giving you tutorial about method making donut. You know the Indonesian food of “DONUTS”.. it’s the cake very nice.. and I like this… this cake selled in many place. Usually at cantin..

Usually people in Indonesia when eating donut add with "meses" or "softsugar". But if after ripe, can eating it.
you must complate  this metter and equipment, because this required in making donut


matter
  • Oil (sufficient use of this material, so that cake you made does not contain too much oil)
  •  3 grain egg (only yellow egg, keep the egg yolks mixed with egg white) 
  •  300 gr flour
  •  water (sufficiecnt, better you use water that has been cooked, so you are not disturbed body health)
  •  salt (little, that is not too salty cake donuts)
  • 2 spook butter
  • Soda  (sufficiecnt)
  • ferment


 Equipment

  • mixer (This item using for mixer the dough donut, you must mixer until mix all ingredients)
  • basin (for place mixed of matter, you can using the bowl or pan)


Ok.. this is method making donut  ... How To Make  DONUT ?? let's do read it !!

1. Put ferment in to warm water
2. Mixed flour, egg, butter (margarine), salt, and ferment
3. If after mixed, close the basin with cloty (damp) wait 30 minutes
4. make the dough likely tube.
5. Trun on stove, and put the dough, wait until the dough be brown color.
6.Then get the DONUT and put at plate

And good eating…
