INDONESIA FOODS - STEAMED SPONGE CAKE


You know the Indonesian food of “BOLU KUKUS”.. it’s the cake very nice.. and I like this… this cake selled in many place. Usually at cantin..

But, if you not founding, you can make this cake… because very easy to make… and usually many people using chocolate or strawberry for to complete. 

Ok.. this is metter and equipment, you must have it..


Matter 

Salt  (use of this material depends on your taste, if you like salty give a bit much)

1 (one) KG sugar (you can add according to your taste, if you like a sweeter you dapatmemperbanyaknya, but if you do not particularly like the sweet taste pretty compliant or reduce it if necessary)

½ (half) KG Liter soda drink(This material is used so that we make the cake expands)

½ (half) cKG egg

1 (one) KG flour1 vanili

Equipment

1. Mix sugar, egg, TBM, until flat

2. An then input flour, soda drink, and salt

3. Then input the dough into publication printing

4. After all input in to publication printing move to pan

5. Wait ½ hours… and up…
